About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Bekaert. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our market share in the Northeast region of Mexico.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage existing value chain and continually grow market share
  • Work with engineers and owners to build product specifications
  • Prepare and present technical proposals
  • Identify new opportunities within the region and develop strategies to capitalize on them
  • Facilitate regional business growth through an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Daily management of established regional accounts
  • Report on competitor activity, territory forecasting, and territory performance
  • Recommend new product innovations to drive business growth
  • Price negotiation with customers in coordination with Area Sales Manager
  • Execute regional Commercial and Digital Marketing plans in line with X+1 growth plans
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced sales professional with a strong background in construction, engineering, and/or concrete markets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving business growth and expanding market share.

  • BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Sales/Marketing
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven outside sales (B2B) and/or engineering experience
  • Willingness and ability to travel upwards of 50% in the assigned region
  • Strong negotiation skills in high-pressure environments
  • Knowledge of general building processes and new product specification development
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a result-driven mindset
  • Concise and accurate decision-making abilities
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft tools, CRM, forecasting, and marketing techniques
  • A desire to learn and grow within the organization
  • A competitive mindset and a passion to win
