Travel Experience Sales Strategist, Latin America

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Strategist to join our team in Mexico, responsible for managing top accounts across LATAM and driving revenue growth through strategic account optimization and engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Actively manage and nurture existing supplier relationships to achieve estimated net revenue goals
- Pitch and win new business opportunities, such as bringing online new activities and increasing availability
- Improve customer experience by negotiating metrics like cancellation rates and no-show rates
- Regularly review account performance, provide detailed reports, and suggest opportunities for improvement
- Attend relevant events and conferences to represent GetYourGuide in the region
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in travel tech
- Proven track record of exceeding sales goals
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Analytical ability to work with data and relevant tools
- Fluency in Spanish and English, Portuguese an advantage
