Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our team at Cemex. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to our business units, ensuring the effective management of HR processes and policies.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage the recruitment, selection, and hiring process for global projects, working closely with HR teams in each country and external personnel as needed.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive work environment, ensuring that all employees feel valued and supported.
  • Coordinate logistics, including hosting, food, and transportation services for employees.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Manage staff, including uniform and computer equipment supply and control.
  • Define and implement travel expense policies.
  • Handle union-related matters and ethics cases.
  • Support employees through resignation processes and work permit applications.

Position Challenges:

  • Strengthen relationships with the workers' union and maintain a stable labor climate in accordance with company policies.
  • Advise and facilitate the administration and management of HR processes.
  • Manage personnel from diverse countries and cultures.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in oral and written English (B2 minimum required).
  • University studies in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in HR, with expertise in talent management, planning, and development.
  • Strong technical skills, including planning, development, and training of personnel.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Internal/External Relations:

  • Internal: HR Operations, VP GOT&E - CEMEX Central.
  • External: Contractors, Suppliers.
