Senior Sales Specialist

Somos Worky, la solución líder en la nube para la gestión eficiente del capital humano. Buscamos un Senior Sales Specialist que se una a nuestro equipo y contribuya a nuestra misión de reinventar los procesos tradicionales de recursos humanos.
Como Senior Sales Specialist, será responsable de la adquisición de nuevos clientes que representen facturación y nuevos ingresos recurrentes. Deberá dominar la técnica de ventas, escuchar las necesidades del cliente, presentar con integridad la propuesta de valor de Worky, identificar y resolver objeciones, negociar y cerrar nuevas ventas.
Entre sus responsabilidades se incluyen:
- Compartir y posicionar la propuesta de valor de Worky para generar nuevas ventas.
- Utilizar el CRM como herramienta para la gestión de ventas y presentar un pronóstico de ventas.
- Ejecutar la técnica de ventas en las reuniones de cara al prospecto o cliente.
- Realizar demostraciones de producto, atender las dudas del prospecto, cotizar, identificar objeciones, negociar, generar acuerdos y cerrar ventas.
- Participar en el entrenamiento y capacitación de nuevos ingresos a la compañía.
- Compartir de forma asertiva el contenido de marketing para generar valor agregado en la conversación con el prospecto.
Requisitos:
- 3 años en una posición de ventas.
- 1 año conocimiento de nómina (obligatorio).
- 3 años comercializando un producto de especialidad (preferentemente en Tecnología).
- 3 años utilizando un CRM (SalesForce, Hubspot, Zoho o equivalente).
