Objetivo del Cargo:
Se busca a un especialista en desarrollo comercial para trabajar en estrecha colaboración con profesionales de la salud y equipos administrativos clave, con el objetivo de promover y vender el portafolio de productos Aesthetics de Galderma.
Responsabilidades:
- Visitar a profesionales de la salud seleccionados para brindar servicios de consultoría y desarrollo de negocio estético en clínicas, con el fin de identificar oportunidades y crear una fuerte relación profesional con los clientes.
- Elaborar planes de acción personalizados para cada cuenta asignada, con el objetivo de mejorar la atención a clientes, comunicación, publicidad y seguimiento a pacientes, lo que permitirá cubrir cuotas de ventas asignadas.
- Establecer relaciones comerciales duraderas con profesionales de la salud para promover y vender productos del portafolio Aesthetics de Galderma, enfocándose en las necesidades de los consumidores finales y destacando las características y beneficios de los productos.
- Ejecutar estrategias locales establecidas por el área de Marketing para alcanzar metas establecidas para el negocio Aesthetics.
- Colaborar en el diseño, implementación y monitoreo de estrategias para incrementar la eficiencia del negocio Aesthetics.
- Preparar informes sobre resultados de la función y explicar desviaciones.
Perfil del Candidato:
Se busca a un profesional con experiencia en ventas, preferentemente en la especialidad de medicina estética, dermatología o dispositivos médicos de alta especialidad, con formación académica en medicina biológica o administrativa y conocimiento intermedio en inglés.
