We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Medical Sales Consultant to join our team at Galderma, the leading dermatology company in the world. With a unique legacy in dermatology and decades of cutting-edge innovation, we are dedicated to advancing dermatology for every skin story.

As a Medical Sales Consultant, you will play a critical role in promoting the sale of our products, working closely with healthcare professionals to understand their needs and develop effective strategies to meet them. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and capitalize on opportunities to increase sales and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with district management to establish and execute local strategy to achieve divisional goals
  • Achieve annual sales targets for assigned territory
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Galderma's product portfolio, clinical evidence, categories, and cross-selling opportunities to optimize interactions with clients and ensure goal achievement
  • Visit designated physicians and medical centers to promote and sell consumption-based products based on patient or consumer needs
  • Work with district management to design, implement, and monitor plans to increase divisional efficiency
  • Prepare reports on function results and explain deviations to district management
  • Pose initiatives to district management to improve divisional results

Requirements:

  • Education/Training: Bachelor's degree, preferably in Administration, Marketing, or Biological Chemistry. English - Basic
  • Work Experience: Minimum 1 year in sales, ideally with pharmaceutical and/or dermocosmetic products

Compensation and Benefits: We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus additional benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off. The estimated salary for this position is around $67,500.
