Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Sales Development Manager. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities in the distribution channel management space.

Key Responsibilities:
• Proactively identify prospective customers and develop professional relationships to understand their needs and suggest products and/or services that meet those needs.
• Conduct business development activities within defined customer segments to support our business strategy.
• Identify bid opportunities, participate in the preparation of bid responses, and negotiate with potential customers.
• Develop new customer contact leads for the sales business development team.
• Proactively support and develop prospective projects with assigned customers and present to the sales business development team.
• Develop personal customer relationships with prospective accounts to influence opportunities.
• Attend trade shows, present new products to increase the visibility of our organization, and prepare workshops for assigned customers.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree (Engineering, Administration, and Marketing are preferred) with 2 to 5+ years of experience.
• 1-3 years of experience in technical sales in the Fire, Security, Automation, and/or Digital Solutions.
• Customer-centric, entrepreneurial mindset, proactive, and able to balance multiple priorities.
• Strong relationships builder, excellent communicator, and competent understanding of financial and accounting principles.
• Strong experience in Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, and ERP.
• Fluent in English and native Spanish speaking.
• Availability to travel throughout the Mexican Republic.
