Job DescriptionThe estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth in the ecommerce channel in Mexico. Your primary focus will be on Amazon, but you will also work with other online platforms and retailers.
You will be responsible for:
- Managing and building relationships with key ecommerce accounts, particularly Amazon, to increase sales and market share.
- Analyzing statistics, sales objectives, customer needs, and data to inform business development decisions.
- Developing new projects and businesses to strengthen OSRAM's presence in emerging ecommerce trends.
- Sales result monitoring and collection recovery management in the ecommerce channel.
- Coordinating official ecommerce page maintenance and development, especially Amazon.
- Planning sales goals and marketing budget management between OSRAM, Amazon, and ecommerce accounts.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in ecommerce, preferably with online customer prospecting.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to discuss terms and conditions effectively.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a dynamic and fast-changing environment.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written).
