Customer Experience Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at Oilandgas.Org. As a key member of our Customer Experience team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that all customer needs and expectations are met.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Order Processing: Process orders from start to finish, including order entry, expediting orders, change orders, returns, and monitoring order status.
- Customer Invoicing: Process customer invoices and resolve any discrepancies.
- Return Processing: Process customer returns and ensure that all necessary steps are taken to resolve the issue.
- Customer Communication: Communicate with customers to resolve issues and ensure that all customer needs are met.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent: A bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field is required.
- Advanced English: Advanced English language skills are required, with a minimum of B1 level.
- Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills are required.
- Knowledge of Customer Service Principles: A knowledge of principles and best practices in customer service is required.
- Team and Communication Skills: Good team and communication skills are required.
- Ability to Work with Limited Direction: An ability to take initiative and work with limited direction is required.
- Ability to Learn Quickly: An ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations is required.
Additional Information
This is a non-exempt position and requires a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
