The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience.

Job Description

We are looking for a talented HD Analista de Soporte Tecnico to support our technical infrastructure and ensure seamless operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, resolving complex problems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in technical support or related role
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
