Responsibilities
  • Sales Channel Optimization: Support strategy to optimize all sales channels for a consistent client experience and multiproduct sales platform.
  • Sales Goals: Meet sales goals for specific products or product sets.
  • Staff Productivity: Increase sales agent productivity and manage staff attrition through refinement of the multiproduct sales platform.
  • Risk Policies: Support efforts to refine and improve risk policies for specific products or product sets.
  • Cost Optimization: Partner with stakeholders to optimize processing costs.
  • Cross-Selling: Work with stakeholders to maximize cross-selling and in-bound sales leveraging activities at key customer touch points.
  • Expense Management: Support expense management discipline throughout the team to generate sales at agreed levels for all products.
  • Sales Incentives: Communicate and follow sales incentive plan and ensure total expenses are within budget.
  • Partnerships: Develop and manage relationships with external stakeholders to drive partnerships and deployment opportunities.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance and consistency with Citigroup's Compliance & Control policy and local regulatory guidelines.

This role requires a comprehensive understanding of multiple areas within a function and how they interact to achieve objectives. Strong commercial awareness and ability to represent the organization with leaders of partner organizations are essential.
