Business Development Representative

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Representative to join our team at Weir. This role will be based in Monterrey, Mexico and will involve working with clients to identify their needs and provide solutions.
As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing and potential clients. You will work closely with our sales team to understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
Key responsibilities of this role include:
- Understanding customer requirements through regular communication and site visits
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term business growth
- Providing technical support and after-sales service to customers
To succeed in this role, you will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to build strong relationships with clients. You will also have a solid understanding of the mining industry and its operations.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in a relevant field such as engineering, business or a related discipline. You will also have significant experience in sales or business development, preferably in the mining industry.
We offer a competitive salary of $90,000 per annum, plus benefits and bonuses based on performance.
