Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Partnership Manager to join our dynamic team in the exciting world of Fintech. As a Partnership Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining key partnerships with industry leaders, driving innovation, and spearheading strategic initiatives to enhance the user experience of DiDiCard.
Key Responsibilities:
Spearhead key partnerships with industry leaders to drive business growth
Craft and execute strategic initiatives to enhance the user experience of DiDiCard
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and growth
Lead negotiation processes to foster relationships that propel the company forward
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to provide crucial insights for strategic decision-making
Play a central role in high-impact projects aimed at expanding our market presence
Support the sales team by providing market intelligence and tailored solutions
Enhance our value proposition to drive customer acquisition
Act as a liaison between internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless collaboration
Contribute to the company's growth trajectory by translating vision into actionable plans
Requirements:
+4 years of experience in strategic partnership management within the Fintech or related industry
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, ability to collaborate across teams, and stakeholder management
Proven track record in successfully managing partnerships, solid understanding of financial markets and industry trends
Preferred Qualifications:
Additional experience in sales or business development roles
Postgraduate degree in Business Administration
Strong leadership qualities, adaptability, and a creative mindset
Experience in data analysis
Exposure to technology or digital finance industries
Language Requirements:
Advanced English and Spanish language skills
