Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our PayPal Enterprise Merchant Services organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining and strengthening strategic relationships with key leaders and decision makers in merchant organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with merchants to drive organic revenue growth through effective communication and strategic partnership development.
  • Partner with merchants to develop strategies, build trust, and demonstrate the value of PayPal and our products.
  • Proactively deliver value to merchants through ongoing use and optimization of existing products, identifying opportunities for inorganic growth, and managing portfolio growth to prevent churn and decline.
  • Uncover and address servicing roadblocks, manage merchant health, and coordinate support teams to complete servicing activities.
  • Conduct and manage co-marketing campaigns to meet periodic and seasonal needs, ensuring quality of integration and parity, and initiating/manage transitions to latest integrations.
  • Identify and lead projects for the organization, manage escalation on behalf of merchant account portfolio, and represent the voice of the customer to internal organizations.
  • Serve as a product consultant and subject matter expert on PayPal processes, procedures, and policies during the term of the relationship.
