About the Role:

  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and revenue for our multinational programs.
  • Built a pipeline of qualified prospects to promote our services, aiming for a 3:1 ratio of new business to existing accounts.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and budgeted revenue goals.
  • Manage client relationships and develop strategic partnerships with key decision-makers.
  • Provide exceptional service to clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions that meet their expectations.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Economics or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in managing multinational programs, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Advanced proficiency in English and Microsoft Office packages.
