As a Senior Business Growth Specialist, you'll have the opportunity to join an exceptional team that moves fast, creates cutting-edge products, and makes a meaningful impact.
Your Role
In this role, you'll develop our client base, execute processes to generate new sales opportunities, and build relationships with prospects through outbound cold calls, emails, or social media. You'll personalize content according to each prospect's needs, nurture leads, and pass on sales-qualified leads to account executives.
You'll work closely with your team to identify key players and generate interest in our products across targeted industries and segments. And as part of our training program, you'll learn from top-notch sales professionals and access 16,000+ online courses on LinkedIn Learning.

Requirements
- A degree in related fields (Inside Sales experience is a plus)
- Good exposure to the e-commerce society
- Excellent oral and written communication skills (Spanish and English)
- Strong phone presence and experience in dialing dozens of calls per day
- Creative research and lead generation skills
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced start-up environment
- Strong problem identification and objection resolution skills
Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum
