Your RoleAs a Support Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our customers. You will work closely with customers to resolve issues, provide guidance, and manage tickets. Your expertise will be essential in root cause analysis, defining proactive measures, and quality assurance.
Key Responsibilities- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across product support, engineering, and service delivery.
- Work closely with customers to resolve issues, provide guidance, and deliver high-quality customer experiences.
- Manage ticket management and metrics, including dashboards, reports, and presentations.
- Provide customer guidance and training.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and support service continuous improvements.
- Strong problem-solving and critical situation handling skills.
- Experience in the financial services environment, preferably with SAP solutions.
- Expert knowledge in application or technical components.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Previous experience in support organizations and ticket management.
- Experience with customer and stakeholder management.
