About this Opportunity

We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Telecom Support Engineer at Ericsson. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with our customers to provide technical service, troubleshoot and resolve problems to stabilize and optimize customer networks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage Customer Service Requests, from contract validation to issue resolution.
  • Investigate, analyze, report, and propose solutions for product security related matters as per contract.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through direct communications and participation in OMNI chats.
  • Contribute to emergency situations, facilitating quick restoration of customer networks.
  • Plan and ensure contracted software implementation in customer networks for optimal performance.
  • Drive add-on-sales, assisting account teams to expand business with their customers.

Requirements

  • Engineering students planning to graduate by Summer 2025 (Communications and Electronics, Telecommunications, Telematics, or similar)
  • Excellent English level and communication skills
  • Understanding of networking concepts
  • Linux Basic Knowledge
  • Programming skills, scripting, Python knowledge is a plus
  • Leading projects at University is a plus
  • Cloud basic knowledge
