Key Responsibilities- Manage front desk operations, including checking in and out guests, handling room assignments, and processing payments.
- Provide world-class customer service, responding to guest inquiries, resolving issues, and exceeding expectations.
- Operate a personal computer, utilizing software applications to manage reservations, inventory, and other tasks.
- Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and supervisors, both verbally and in writing.
- Identify and resolve problem areas, recommending or executing solutions to improve guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Complete cash handling training and adhere to safety regulations and standards.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; formal vocational training or certification preferred.
- Ability to operate a personal computer and software applications.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
This is a white-collar position that requires occasional lifting up to 20 pounds. The work environment is dynamic, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service in a team-oriented setting.
