">This is a dynamic role that involves working closely with carriers to expand our network, build strong relationships, and negotiate competitive rates. As a Freight Sales Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and onboarding new carriers, analyzing market trends, and making informed decisions to drive business growth.
">Responsibilities:
">• Conduct regular performance reviews with carriers to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Identify and onboard new carriers to expand the company's network.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with carrier partners to ensure long-term collaboration.
• Coordinate the assignment of loads to carriers, ensuring timely pick-up and delivery while meeting customer requirements.
• Analyze market trends and carrier performance data to inform business decisions and optimize carrier agreements.
• Negotiate competitive rates with carriers to secure capacity while maximizing company margins.
• Collaborate with the operations team to integrate carrier services into our logistics processes seamlessly.
Requirements:
">To succeed in this role, you should have at least 6 months to 2 years of experience in carrier sales, logistics, or freight brokerage, with a strong understanding of the US transportation market. Excellent written and spoken English communication skills are essential, along with proficiency in Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and other relevant software.
">What We Offer
">This is a competitive salary position with a range of $65,000-$90,000 per year, depending on experience. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00, in Cuauhtémoc, CDMX.
