Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute comprehensive account plans to drive revenue growth
- Understand customer needs and strategic objectives to uncover how Genesys can serve them
- Coordinate the right team to deliver the best customer experience
- Meet and exceed revenue, customer growth, and sales expense goals

Requirements

- 6+ years of sales experience in the technology industry
- Leadership skills to lead sales engagements
- Results-oriented achiever with excellent communication skills
- Ability to represent the company at senior executive levels
