We're currently seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Liaison to join our team at Support Zebra.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Spanish, and have a strong background in customer service.

About the Role:

  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, or chat
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
  • Foster positive relationships with customers through proactive and personalized support

Requirements:

  • At least 3 months of experience in a customer-facing role
  • Fluency in English and Spanish, both spoken and written
  • A personal computer with internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps wired)
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1 year of experience as a Customer Service Representative in a call center environment

What We Offer:
