**About the Role**

At Equivity, we're looking for a skilled Customer Service Advocate to support and provide solutions to our American clients through outbound calls.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team and make a positive difference in our industry by delivering exceptional results.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients via outbound calls to offer assistance and find solutions.
  • Generate leads by promoting our services using effective soft sales techniques.
  • Help resolve client issues while building long-term relationships.
  • Participate in campaigns to generate leads through both soft sales and cold calling.
  • Utilize technology to provide top-notch support and service.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Passionate about customer service and possessing a strong sales-oriented mindset.
  • Previous experience in soft sales is a plus, along with some familiarity with cold calling.
  • Prior experience in a call center environment is preferred.
  • Strong written and spoken English skills (90% proficiency).
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite.
  • Flexibility with shift availability.

What We Offer:

  • Two shifts available: 6:00 am to 3:00 pm / 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
  • Salary: $15,000 pesos per month.
