Job Title: Commercial Director, Mexico

Edrington is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Director to lead our Mexico operations. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our commercial strategy, driving business growth, and building strong relationships with our customers and partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute our commercial strategy for Mexico, including sales channel management and premium brand portfolio growth.
  • Lead a high-performing team of sales and marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure successful execution of our business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders in Mexico, driving business growth and revenue.
  • Collaborate with our global marketing and sales teams to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns and sales strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to inform our commercial strategy and drive business growth.
  • Develop and manage our sales channel strategy, including direct on-trade, ecommerce, DTC, luxury retail, and RTM (wholesalers and C&C).
  • Provide leadership and direction to our sales and marketing teams, ensuring they have the skills, knowledge, and resources needed to succeed.
  • Identify and develop opportunities for business growth, including new markets, products, and services.
Requirements:
  • Proven commercial leadership experience, with a track record of driving business growth and revenue.
  • Strong understanding of the Mexican market, including sales channels, customer behavior, and market trends.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a high-performing team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and analyze complex data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
