Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our team in Mexico. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate entry of employee data into our HR system, managing and maintaining employee records, and responding to employee inquiries related to HR policies and processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure timely and accurate entry of employee data into the HR system
  • Manage and maintain employee records in the HR system
  • Respond to employee inquiries related to HR policies and processes
  • Assist with the administration of employee benefit programs
  • Coordinate training and development programs for employees
  • Collaborate with HR team members to resolve employee relations issues
  • Conduct exit interviews and maintain data on employee turnover

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or relevant field
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in HR shared services or a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies and processes
  • Experience working with HR systems and data management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish, written and verbal communication skills
