Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Manager to join our team at Marken. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Provide timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries and issues.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Monitor and report on customer satisfaction, identifying areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement process improvements.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in logistics or supply chain.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with customer relationship management software a plus.
