Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Manager to join our team at Marken. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Provide timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries and issues.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Monitor and report on customer satisfaction, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement process improvements.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in logistics or supply chain.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with customer relationship management software a plus.
