**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our team at LGC Standards. This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional with a passion for technical products to take their career to the next level.

Role and Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key accounts and developing new business opportunities in Mexico and Central America. They will work closely with our internal teams to provide exceptional customer service and support, while also identifying and pursuing new sales prospects.

Key Accountabilities:

Manage a portfolio of key accounts and develop strategic plans to grow revenue and expand market shareIdentify and pursue new sales prospects through research, cold calling, and networkingCollaborate with internal teams to provide exceptional customer service and supportDevelop and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and partnersMeet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targetsConduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity

Requirements and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

A degree in a scientific discipline (chemistry, physics, biochemistry, biology, or equivalent)At least 5 years' experience in sales, preferably in a technical fieldStrong commercial awareness and planning skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsFluency in Spanish and English, with additional languages an advantageAbility to travel regularly within Mexico and Central America

What We Offer:

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of $80,000-$100,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and bonuses.
