Global Product Sales Executive

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Global Product Sales Executive to join our team at Citi. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling our products to existing customers through portfolio analysis, needs assessment, and customer risk profiling.
Responsibilities:
- Support the sales team in disseminating information on industry trends, financial markets, and competition products to facilitate meaningful sales engagement.
- Drawing up training roadmaps for individual relationship managers to ensure successful completion of regulatory and knowledge certifications.
- Ensuring customer engagement by organizing meets and speaking about product offerings to build awareness.
- Joint sales drills with relationship managers to facilitate customers buying the right product.
- Building knowledge levels of Branch Managers.
- Serving as the compliance gatekeeper in the region/branch for adherence to regulatory guidelines.
- Vigilantly monitoring potential sales complaints, free look cancellations, surrender ratios, lapse rates, and sales complaints.
- Highlighting potential financial, regulatory, and credit risks to the franchise.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 2-5 years of financial sales experience preferred.
- Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
- Familiarity with payroll products (desired).
About the Role:
This is a full-time position that offers an excellent opportunity to work with a leading global bank like Citi. We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career growth.
