About the Role
As a Sales Executive for Mexico City, you will develop and support partnerships between our company and customers in assigned territories to deliver net sales, distribution volume, NPAT, and market share targets.
You will drive consumer demand and have an integral role in implementing commercial strategies, ensuring accurate execution of 5Ps.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet Sales Objectives: Sell-in, Sell-out & market share
- Achieve Sales Targets: Deliver net sales, distribution volume, NPAT, and market share targets
- Implement Commercial Strategies: Ensure accurate execution of 5Ps
- Analyze Store Results: Detect opportunities and develop action plans
- Develop Customer Relationships: Foster partnerships between Colgate Palmolive and customers
- Guarantee Event Implementation: Ensure accurate implementation of events and their follow-up
- Interact with Support Teams: Collaborate with third-party support teams in the field
- Lead Customer Engagement: Drive balanced growth through customer engagement
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, or related field
- At least 2 years of sales/commercial experience in a consumer goods company
- Driving experience and active Driver's license
- Strong communication, negotiation, analysis, and interpersonal skills
- Intermediate-Advanced English Level
