Role Overview: The Sales Executive is responsible for promoting Infobip's offerings to prospective clients and driving new business growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Focus on qualifying leads and successfully closing sales.
  • Sell a range of products or services directly or through partners to a designated customer base.
  • Engage specialists as necessary for specific sales aspects (e.g., Solutions Engineers for demonstrations).
  • Develop comprehensive solution proposals that address all facets of the application.
  • Manage sales processes through forecasting, resource allocation, account strategy, and planning.
  • Contribute to the development, presentation, and promotion of a compelling value proposition.
  • Negotiate pricing and contractual terms to finalize sales.
  • Maintain client relationships by collaborating with Account Managers, Customer Success Engineers, or Inside Sales teams to ensure account health.
  • Work closely with Business Development Representatives to follow up on leads.
  • Cross-sell to existing accounts as needed, particularly in complex negotiations.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, including 2 years in solution sales (SaaS experience preferred in certain cases).
  • A proven track record of sales success with commission earnings.
  • Ability to penetrate accounts and engage with key stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Infobip and/or knowledge of its competitors.
  • Experience interacting with C-level executives.
  • A collaborative team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and closing abilities with prospects and clients.
  • Intermediate proficiency in English.
