About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Ad Sales and Revenue Growth Director to join our team at 332 Discovery Networks Mexico S. De R.L. De C.V. This is a key leadership role that will be responsible for driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets in the Mexican market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Negotiate and manage relationships with top agencies and clients to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to increase revenue and market share in the Mexican market.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in ad sales and revenue growth, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading high-performing sales teams.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and agencies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish, with a strong understanding of the Mexican market and culture.
