Customer Success Strategist

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated Associate Customer Success Executive to join our team in Mexico. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving renewal and upsell opportunities for assigned geography and/or leads assigned as part of a pooled resource group.
You will identify the best virtual channel for engagement with customers, validate customer needs, shape product plans, and drive sales to close. You will also support territory growth strategies and possess core knowledge across products, engaging Sales Specialists where deep product expertise is required.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, experience selling software, 1-3 years of experience in similar activities, and excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English. They will also have strong interpersonal skills, the ability to learn quickly, and navigate software programs like Microsoft. Experience in CRM is preferred, as well as motivation, a positive attitude, and determination.
We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a globally recognized and award-winning reputation for equality, diversity, and inclusion.
