Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance.
  • Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts to drive long-term partnerships.
  • Negotiate and close agreements with new and existing customers to expand the client's portfolio.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to suggest improvements and optimize sales processes.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts to inform business decisions.
  • Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients' needs to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are aware of these updates.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven work experience as a B2B sales manager with a track record of driving sales growth.
  • The ability to drive the sales process from plan to close, ensuring seamless execution and excellent results.
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise, enabling you to make informed decisions and develop effective strategies.
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills to lead and motivate a high-performing sales team.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their needs, preferences, and pain points.
  • Good understanding of the business services industry, including its trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
