Job DescriptionCompany Overview
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team in Guadalajara. As a key account junior, you will be responsible for building the joint business plan with our accounts, contributing to the commercial vision, and achieving results.
Key Job Accountabilities:- Under the supervision of the Key Account Director, build the joint business plan with the account(s) and accurately forecast and achieve the account (s) results: turnover, market share, profit.
- Plan all growth drivers accordingly and prepare and lead the Account (s) negotiations, escalating when relevant.
- Build the action plan to implement the Division and channel strategy and ensure its execution and tracking down to store level and sell out.
- A competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
