Job DescriptionCompany Overview

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team in Guadalajara. As a key account junior, you will be responsible for building the joint business plan with our accounts, contributing to the commercial vision, and achieving results.

Key Job Accountabilities:
  1. Under the supervision of the Key Account Director, build the joint business plan with the account(s) and accurately forecast and achieve the account (s) results: turnover, market share, profit.
  2. Plan all growth drivers accordingly and prepare and lead the Account (s) negotiations, escalating when relevant.
  3. Build the action plan to implement the Division and channel strategy and ensure its execution and tracking down to store level and sell out.
