Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Account Development Manager to lead our sales efforts among existing clients and new client acquisitions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing commercial plans to drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

Requirements
  • 4-6 years of experience in CPG sales or market research with a strong acumen towards consultative selling
  • Knowledge of sales processes in CPG companies, customers, modern and traditional markets
  • Digital knowledge, Microsoft Dynamic/Salesforce
  • Excellent business English, both verbal and written
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, solution-oriented, and good analytical skills
  • Very good client-facing and communication/presentation skills
  • Financial understanding (e.g., P&L, EBITDA) and how this relates to business success
  • Strong collaboration and networking skills
