  • Ensure Store and Team Managers' leadership skills are developed through coaching and follow-up, focusing on their competencies and store associates' skills to deliver exceptional customer experiences and enhance brand sophistication.
  • Develop and implement training programs to improve sales performance, customer service, and employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop solutions to address them.
  • Conduct training needs assessments, analyze data, and make recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in training creation, implementation, and facilitation within the retail landscape, preferably in a fast-paced, client-centric, luxury business.
  • Results-driven approach with the ability to thrive in an autonomous and proactive environment.
  • Strong background in training and coaching employees at all levels, with expertise in providing effective and constructive feedback to drive behavioral change.
  • Experience leading multi-site teams within a high-profile luxury retail brand is strongly preferred.
  • Fluency in English is required.
