Customer Service Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Specialist to provide technical support to users in an efficient and accurate manner.
As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for resolving basic technical issues and providing support for all assigned areas. Your primary goal will be to maintain customer value to the standards set forth by Hro.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level contact and convey resolutions to customer issues
- Properly escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support
- Track, route, and redirect problems to correct resources
- Update customer data and produce activity reports
- Walk customers through the problem-solving process
- Follow up with customers, provide feedback, and see problems through to resolution
- Utilize excellent customer service skills and exceed customers' expectations
- Ensure proper recording, documentation, and closure
- Recommend procedure modifications or improvements
- Preserve and grow your knowledge of help desk procedures, products, and services
Requirements and Skills:
- Proven working experience in providing Help Desk support
- Proficiency in English
- Working knowledge of help desk software, databases, and remote control
- Strong client-facing and communication skills
- Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
- Customer service orientation
- BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent
What We Offer:
- A competitive base salary ranging from $18,000 to $21,600 per month
- Performance Bonus up to $3,000
- $2,000 Hiring Bonus
- Schedule: 7:00am - 4:00pm, 2 days off

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in Tech Support, Help Desk, or Service Desk roles, with a preference for Call Center experience. Fluency in English is required. The work location is one site.
Estimated Salary Range: $18,000 - $21,600 per month
