Customer Service Specialist

FLSmidth, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our Order Execution team in Monterrey.
The ideal candidate will possess previous experience with order processing and execution, as well as excellent customer service skills and the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience, as well as an equal opportunity employer committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with customers, expediting and logistics to ensure timely delivery.
- Prioritize, maintain, and place Sales Orders from received PO from our customers.
- Maintain an open order log, tracking orders as they process through our ERP system.
- Perform daily calls based on specifications and according to predefined procedures and processes.
Requirements:
- Previous experience with order processing and execution.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build strong relationships.
- English fluency.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and have a firm understanding of ERP.
- Logistics knowledge is a plus.
