Global Sales Leader for Used Vehicles

Gm Financial International Operations conducts business in Latin America and China, offering a wide range of wholesale and retail automotive financing products to dealers and their customers. Our international business excels in tailoring its products to meet unique dealer needs, consumer preferences, and national requirements in local markets.
Key Responsibilities- Develop clear strategies and commercial goals to achieve objectives, including the review of different incentives and market practices.
- Establish and maintain a solid network with dealers and fleet companies, ensuring adequate results on volume and penetration. Traveling is required to visit dealers and fleet customers.
- Provide leadership and support to ensure the right team is in place to execute a successful commercial plan and enhance used sales.
- A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required; a Master's Degree or Post-graduate studies are a plus.
- Cross-functional experience within sales, service, marketing & product development is essential.
- English proficiency (both verbal & written) will be evaluated during interviews.
- 8+ years of working experience within a Financing Company, Bank, or in the autoindustry is required.
- A proficient track record of driving commercial growth is necessary.
- Ability to work within cross-functional teams and effective supervision and delegation skills are required.
The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately $100,000-$150,000, depending on location and experience. Gm Financial offers competitive salaries and benefits, including Extended Maternity & Paternity Leaves, Personal Days, and Community Investment hours. In Mexico, additional benefits include Medical Plans, Profit Sharing, Life Insurance, Savings Fund & Pension Plan, and others.
