Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Sales Strategy Director to join our team at Philip Morris International. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing global sales strategies that drive business growth and revenue.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned sales professional to take on a leadership role in shaping our sales strategy and direction. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify market trends, analyze customer needs, and develop innovative solutions to drive sales growth.

You will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing global sales strategies that align with our business objectives

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and revenue
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, marketing, sales)
  • At least 5-7 years of experience in sales, trade marketing, or B2B/B2C business
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off. Relocation support is not available for this position.
