We are seeking a highly skilled Global Sales Strategy Director to join our team at Philip Morris International. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing global sales strategies that drive business growth and revenue.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned sales professional to take on a leadership role in shaping our sales strategy and direction. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify market trends, analyze customer needs, and develop innovative solutions to drive sales growth.
You will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing global sales strategies that align with our business objectives
- Leading a team of sales professionals to ensure effective implementation of sales strategies
- Analyzing market trends and customer needs to inform sales strategies
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and revenue
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, marketing, sales)
- At least 5-7 years of experience in sales, trade marketing, or B2B/B2C business
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off. Relocation support is not available for this position.
