**Descripción del Trabajo**

El Recepcionista de Front Desk es responsable de brindar un servicio de alta calidad a los huéspedes, cumpliendo con las políticas y procedimientos de seguridad y protección de la compañía. Debe informar al gerente sobre cualquier incidente, lesión o condición laboral insegura.

**Responsabilidades**

• Recibir y reconocer a los huéspedes de acuerdo con los estándares de la compañía.

• Anticiparse a las necesidades de servicio y atenderlas de manera eficiente.

• Agradecer a los huéspedes con aprecio genuino y asistir a personas con discapacidades.

• Comunicarse de manera clara y profesional con los demás.

• Atender los teléfonos utilizando el protocolo adecuado.

• Cultivar y mantener relaciones laborales positivas con los demás.

• Acatar las expectativas y estándares de garantía de la calidad.

• Estar de pie, tomar asiento o caminar durante períodos prolongados de tiempo.

• Mover, levantar, transportar, empujar, arrastrar y ubicar objetos sin ayuda que pesen 10 libras o menos.

• Ejecutar otros deberes de trabajo razonables solicitados por supervisores.
