Senior Account Manager

Nexeo Plastics is seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Manager to drive profitable growth in a defined territory. The ideal candidate will provide solutions to current and prospective customers, achieving volume, revenue, and margin growth targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute territory plans to grow Nexeo's share with existing and new customers.
- Build strong customer relationships and provide strategic and tactical solutions in a business-to-business selling environment.
- Take ownership of territory and drive performance through effective account planning and customer knowledge.
- Develop relationships within Nexeo and within the customer organization to drive growth.
- Stay up-to-date on market, industry, and regulatory issues to identify opportunities and challenges.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, chemistry, business, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of plastics distribution sales or related industry experience.
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) required.
- Ability to travel 50%.
- Proven track record of delivering consistent and long-term growth.
