About the Role:

The Global Customer Experience Support Specialist delivers exceptional support for our customers. Ensuring critical services are met according to agreed-upon standards, the role showcases ownership and accountability.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Order Management in SAP (VA01)
- Continuous improvement of current procedures
- Monitoring queues in Salesforce
- Report maintenance and data processing
- Effective collaboration with NAMER teams and other GBS teams

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Fluency in English

Earning Potential:

We estimate an annual salary of approximately $65,000 - $80,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Compensation packages may vary based on individual circumstances.
