This role will be instrumental in consulting with some of the fastest-growing brands globally, leveraging our cutting-edge platform to drive success.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Consultative sales of our portfolio of B2B products to Marketers
  • Achieve annual, monthly, and quarterly sales targets
  • Identify methods to promote and accelerate achievement of sales goals
  • Penetrate assigned accounts, including new business, renewals, and upsell
  • Negotiate pricing and contractual agreements
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of potential clients
  • Provide digital marketing expertise to our clients, staying abreast of best practices and applying knowledge to assist in meeting revenue goals
  • Collaborate with our Customer Success team for successful client onboarding and support
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure clients' ongoing success and satisfaction

Your Profile/Qualifications:

  • University Degree or equivalent experience
  • 7+ years of quota-carrying B2B sales experience, selling digital marketing solutions to Marketing leadership in large Enterprise Accounts
  • A proven track record of meeting annual targets exceeding 1.5 million USD
  • 2+ year history of over-achieving sales quotas (top 10-15% of company)
  • Strong consultative sales style and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of 36667 MX Peso per month, plus a commission of up to 100k MX per month, depending on performance.
