Job OverviewWe are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our team in order management and administration. This role will provide critical support to Sales and Support Account Administrators in their daily activities, ensuring timely and effective customer communications to fulfill contract obligations.
Key Responsibilities- Support customer service activities, including processing quotes and orders into the ERP system and/or other support databases.
- Review contracts for negotiated requirements, including importing and exporting regulations.
- Ensure demand alignment and accuracy of data.
- Interface with SAFRAN Sales Support Administrators to mitigate exceptions to meeting customer requirements.

- Cooperation skills to recognize individual goals contributing toward accomplishing team outcomes.
- Coordination skills to circulate information through proper channels.
- Customer Service Orientation to apply fundamental service techniques and adhere to proper customer procedures.
- Dependability to follow through with work assignments and support management's policies and procedures.
- Detail Orientation to provide the status of work assignments at any time and produce necessary documentation.
- Integrity to hold personal performance to a high standard.
- Listening skills to exhibit good listening skills and identify verbal and non-verbal situations fairly well.
This role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent and over 3 years of experience in a related field.
