Job Overview

We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our team in order management and administration. This role will provide critical support to Sales and Support Account Administrators in their daily activities, ensuring timely and effective customer communications to fulfill contract obligations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support customer service activities, including processing quotes and orders into the ERP system and/or other support databases.
  • Review contracts for negotiated requirements, including importing and exporting regulations.
  • Ensure demand alignment and accuracy of data.
  • Interface with SAFRAN Sales Support Administrators to mitigate exceptions to meeting customer requirements.

Education and Experience

This role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent and over 3 years of experience in a related field.
