Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Professional to join our team in Guadalajara, Mexico. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the North American market. They will work closely with our sales team to develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth.

In this role, you will be expected to have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

You will be responsible for managing multiple campaigns simultaneously, setting targets, and tracking progress. You must be able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines while maintaining a high level of productivity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the North American market
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify potential leads and close deals
  • Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Set targets and track progress
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or business development
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in CRM software and other relevant tools
