About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in Africa. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for expanding our global sales force and contributing to the business development of Global Water Engineering Group.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell complete water treatment plants, waste-to-energy, and biogas utilization installations in the assigned region.
- Conduct frequent visits to the area to identify opportunities for our clients and prospects.
- Introduce our innovative technologies to prospects and clients.
- Maintain and further develop the network of existing clients, governments, engineering agencies, and local advisors.
- Communicate internally with our sales and engineering team to deliver economically attractive solutions tailored to clients' requirements and local conditions.
Candidate Profile:
- Technical bachelor education.
- Multiple years of sales experience in the industry (preferably wastewater, biogas, or energy).
- Experience with long sales projects involving complex decision-making units.
- Recognizable network in the food industry.
- Clients of Global Water Engineering Group include local organizations and multinationals, mainly active in the food and beverage, starch, distilleries, palm oil, paper and pulp industry, and semi-private solid waste companies.
