Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced PreSales Engineer with a strong architectural background and deep knowledge of the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in presales, with experience working with other Salesforce partners. This role requires a professional who can bridge the gap between technical expertise and business acumen, delivering compelling solutions to potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and tailor Salesforce solutions that meet business objectives.
  2. Lead technical presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the capabilities and value of the Salesforce platform.
  3. Design high-level architecture solutions, ensuring alignment with client requirements and best practices.
  4. Provide technical guidance and support during the sales cycle, addressing any questions or concerns from potential clients.
  5. Develop and deliver detailed proposals, including scope, architecture diagrams, and implementation plans.
  6. Work closely with other teams, including delivery and product teams, to ensure a seamless transition from presales to implementation.
  7. Stay updated on the latest Salesforce features, enhancements, and best practices to provide clients with cutting-edge solutions.
Requirements:
  1. Extensive experience as a PreSales Engineer or similar role, with a focus on Salesforce.
  2. Strong architectural skills with a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and other key products.
  3. Proven experience working with Salesforce partners, with a solid understanding of the partner ecosystem.
  4. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  5. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
  6. Salesforce certifications are highly desirable (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Salesforce Certified Application Architect).
Nice to Have:
  1. Experience in multiple industries and familiarity with the specific challenges and opportunities in those sectors.
  2. A track record of successfully closing deals through strong technical and business alignment.
