At Datadog, we're seeking a skilled Commercial Sales Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you'll play a crucial role in qualifying and closing opportunities with customers and partners.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with the sales team to articulate the Datadog value proposition, vision, and strategy to customers.
- Continuously learn new technology to build competitive knowledge, technical skill, and credibility.
- Deliver product and technical presentations with potential clients.
- Collaborate with the product team to prioritize features based on customer input, competitors, and partners.
- Assist clients with onboarding and resolve technical issues.
What We're Looking For:
- Knowledgeable and experienced with DevOps monitoring or architecture tools.
- Comfortable delivering technical presentations and demos to customers or internal teams.
- Ability to think creatively and solve complex technical challenges.
- Previous experience in systems administration, preferably with Windows or Linux.
