The role of a Customer Care Advocate is pivotal in ensuring seamless customer interactions. This dedicated professional serves as the primary contact for various customer inquiries, including order requests, quotes, and product information.

Key Responsibilities:

Dedication to Exceptional Service

  • Handle internal & external customer inquiries, quotes, and orders efficiently, adhering to established standard operating policies and procedures.
  • Develop daily plans and prioritize tasks to meet organizational commitments and goals.
  • Resolve standard customer escalations autonomously with first-contact resolution when possible.
  • Collaborate with internal teams with high accountability and urgency.
  • Work closely with Distribution Center operations to ensure timely order management and shipping, resolving customer issues related to damaged, late, or incorrect products.

Education, Experience & Skills Required:

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma required; College degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • Two years of professional customer care experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in keyboarding skills (approx. 45+ words per minute).
  • Experience with business tools such as SharePoint, MS Teams, Windows Operating Systems required.
  • Basic to Intermediate Excel Skills preferred.
  • Experience with Oracle &/or SAP (or other ERP systems) and CRM platforms like Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics Experienced Preferred.
  • Experience navigating corporate websites & eCommerce platforms.
  • Demonstrated mechanical or technical aptitude preferred.
  • Ability to show situational adaptability and resourcefulness.
  • Strong communication/interpersonal & organizational skills.
  • Strong ability to manage daily workload.
